Questions we hear often

How much lead time do I need for a weekend event?

Two to three weeks works well for spring and summer weekends. Reserve earlier if it falls on a holiday weekend.

What happens with rentals that last several months?

We assign a fixed weekly service day and leave the unit on site until you call to have it removed.

What kind of surface does the unit need?

Flat, solid ground that a service truck can reach, away from low-hanging wires and active excavation.

What exactly happens during the weekly maintenance visit?

We empty the tank, scrub and disinfect the interior, refill paper and sanitizer, and inspect the door and latch.

What is the standard service frequency?

Every rental comes with one maintenance visit per week. High-traffic sites and larger crews can add a second weekly visit.
